UAE Al Ain Defeats Saudi Al Hilal 4-2 in AFC Champions League Semifinal

United Arab Emirates team Al Ain achieved a major victory over Al Hilal of Saudi Arabia, with a score of 4-2, in the match that was held between the two sides at Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium, in the first leg of the semi-finals of the AFC Champions League.

Al Ain’s goals were scored by Sufyan Rahimi (3 goals) and Kaku (one goal) in the 6th, 26th, 38th and 56th minutes. On the other hand, Al Hilal’s goals were scored by Malcolm de Oliveira and Salem Al Dosari in the 49th and 78th minutes.

The two teams are awaiting the return match in Riyadh next week to determine the official qualifier for the AFC Champions League final.

Al Ain of the Emirates and Al Hilal of Saudi Arabia announced the official lineup for their confrontation this evening, at Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium, in the first leg of the semi-finals of the AFC Champions League.

Before the start of the match, the two teams were seeking to achieve a positive result that would facilitate the task of obtaining a qualification ticket to the final match, when they meet in the second leg on April 23.

It is noteworthy that the first leg was scheduled for yesterday evening, and was postponed until today, due to the weather conditions that the Emirates experienced before the kick off.
