Diriyah Company announced, on Monday, the launch of Zallal, its inaugural mixed-use commercial office and retail project that will open in the first half of 2025, according to Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
The project will contain two low-rise office buildings and twelve retail and food & beverage outlets, encompassing approximately 14,000 square meters of leasable space designed to accommodate about 500 employees.
It has a strategic location that is expected to attract various tenants and visitors. It is conveniently situated next to the Bujairi Terrace and near significant sites such as, Diriyah Art Futures and the forthcoming Bab Samhan Hotel.
Zallal has received great interest and wide welcome especially from potential tenants, accompanied by ongoing leasing negotiations with multiple companies and institutions.
Diriyah Company’s Group CEO, Jerry Inzerillo, stated, “We have been thrilled by the overwhelmingly positive response to Zallal from the commercial sector, and we are currently in advanced negotiations with international and local companies eager to capitalize on the prime location in the heart of Diriyah and the diverse array of accessible retail, F&B, and office spaces available.”
Furthermore, this new destination has attracted the attention of various prestigious international brands that decided to invest in Saudi Arabia for the first time.
Inzerillo clarified that the project is in the construction phase and upon completion, it will “capitalize on the daily influx of visitors to Bujairi Terrace, emerging as the latest completed precinct in our rapidly evolving master plan,” he added.
Zallal is predicted to enhance the area’s liveliness through the establishment of accessible underground parking that will accommodate 1,400 vehicles. They will be directly connected to Wadi Hanifa and Imam Abdulaziz bin Muhammad bin Saud Road.
